How long will it take to have an appraisal completed?
Our appraisers are required to schedule appointments within 24-48 hours from the time the order is received in our office. Once the inspection is completed, we work diligently to insure that you receive your appraisal within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and the area of the country.

Why do I sometimes get voicemail when I call your main number?
We are dedicated to excellent customer service, and we try to answer every phone call personally. However, there are occasions when you may get our voicemail system. Please feel confident that when you leave a message, your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Is Universal current with technology?
Yes. We have made it a priority to stay on top of technology in the real estate field. We offer a large variety if Instant AVM and Flood Products that are returned to you through our website or email within seconds.

Can I talk directly to the appraiser?
All of our appraisers are required to communicate well with our office staff, so that when you call with questions, we are able to assist you immediately. Our Director of Appraising, Robert W. Rogers, is always available to assist the Universal staff. Our goal is to answer your questions and resolve your issues in the most efficient way possible.

How long will a Title Commitment take to be completed?
We provide nationwide Refinance coverage with Title Commitments with an average of 2-5 day turn times; depending on location. Please contact a Title representative for specific state details.
